1. About the FoxiGrow Program

FoxiGrow (operated by the FoxiGrow team) is a task-reward program that lets you complete simple social-media engagement tasks and earn rewards. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the FoxiGrow team; "you" means the participant.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement governing your access to and use of the FoxiGrow app (including its Telegram Mini App). By opening the app, connecting an account, or completing a task, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the program.

2. Eligibility

To take part you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
  • register with accurate information and, where required by law or our risk controls, complete identity verification (KYC);
  • use only one account — one person, one account. Multiple, fake, or automated accounts are prohibited;
  • ensure participation is lawful where you live and not barred by sanctions or local rules.

3. How Tasks Work

  • Tasks are simple social actions (for example following, liking, viewing, or joining) shown inside the app.
  • You choose which tasks to do; completing a task as instructed earns the stated reward.
  • We (and the task provider) may verify that a task was genuinely completed before the reward is confirmed.
  • Task availability, reward amounts, and rules can change at any time, and tasks may be added or removed without notice.
  • A reward is only earned when the task is completed genuinely and passes verification. Cancelled, reversed, or undone actions (e.g. unfollowing) can void the reward.

4. Rewards (FG Coin)

Rewards accrue as in-app points ("FG Coin"). FG Coin represents a pending reward balance within FoxiGrow.

  • FG Coin has no value outside the program until withdrawn under Section 5, and is not legal tender, a security, or a deposit.
  • We may adjust, correct, or reverse FG Coin credited by error, fraud, or a reversed task.
  • We do not guarantee any minimum earnings; amounts depend on the tasks you complete.

5. Withdrawals (USDT)

  • Subject to the minimum threshold and rules shown in the app, you may withdraw eligible rewards as USDT to a crypto wallet address you provide.
  • You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network. We are not responsible for funds lost to a wrong address or unsupported network.
  • Withdrawals may be held or reviewed for fraud, verification (KYC/AML), or security reasons before payout.
  • Network fees may apply and can be deducted from the withdrawal.
  • We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal linked to fraud, multi-accounting, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Anti-Fraud & Verification

To keep the program fair, we operate anti-fraud and verification systems. You agree that we may:

  • verify task completion and account authenticity;
  • require identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal where needed;
  • use device, network, and behavioral signals to detect fraud and multi-accounting;
  • withhold, void, or claw back rewards, and suspend accounts, where abuse is reasonably suspected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN/farm setups, or automation to complete tasks or fake engagement;
  • operate multiple accounts, or buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts or rewards;
  • use fake, stolen, or purchased social accounts, or complete tasks in a way that violates a social platform’s rules;
  • engage in fraud, money laundering, or use the program to evade sanctions, taxes, or regulation;
  • attack, probe, scrape, or disrupt our systems, or bypass our risk controls;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users or our staff.

8. Your Social Accounts & Content

  • You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and for complying with each platform’s own terms.
  • You warrant that the accounts and actions are genuinely yours and lawful.
  • Your use of any third-party social platform remains subject to that platform’s terms; we do not control them and are not liable for their actions.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes due on rewards you earn or withdraw under the laws that apply to you. We do not provide tax advice.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, text, logos, and the FoxiGrow brand are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law.
  • You receive no ownership and may not copy, frame, reverse-engineer, or exploit them beyond normal use of the program.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxiGrow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability or any guaranteed earnings.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by network interruptions, third-party platform failures, wallet or blockchain issues, force majeure, or policy and regulatory changes.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the value of the rewards validly owed to you at the time the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; there, they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Violation Handling, Disputes & Governing Law

If you violate these Terms or applicable law, we may, proportionate to the issue:

  • issue a warning or temporarily limit features;
  • withhold, void, or claw back rewards and withdrawals;
  • suspend or permanently terminate your account and forfeit rewards obtained through fraud or abuse;
  • report unlawful activity to regulators or law enforcement and cooperate with investigations;
  • pursue damages and other legal remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the platform's operating jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes & Contact

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced in the app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • For cross-border users: you are responsible for complying with your local laws and any applicable export-control and sanctions regimes; the program is not offered to sanctioned persons or in embargoed territories.
  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
